RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Returns and Exchanges:
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase. To initiate returns and exchanges, please follow these steps:

- Clearly indicate the desired size, color, or style for the exchange item.
- Pack the item securely in their original packaging, ensuring they are in unused and unwashed condition.
- Include the original receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
Please note:
- Returns and exchanges are applicable for items that are in unused and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
For Exchanges:
- Once we receive your returned item and verify their condition, we will process the exchange based on availability. If the requested item is in stock, we will ship it to you promptly. If the item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss available options, such as an alternative item or a refund.
Refund:
You are eligible for a full refund in the following situations:
- Missing or Faulty Item:
If you received a parcel with a missing item or a faulty item, please contact our customer support team immediately. Once the problem is verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- Out of Stock Item:
If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will reach out to you directly to discuss available options. If we cannot find a suitable replacement, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Refunds for missing, faulty, or out of stock items will be processed as soon as the issue is confirmed.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
